Viewing Angle

LED screen viewing angle decided by LED lamp viewing angle.

Some high building LED screen are strictly with vertical viewing angle, viewing angle and brightness are contradictory, big viewing angle will reduce the brightness. How to choose viewing angle should according to the specific use.

Brightness

LED lamp brightness is the most important factor of LED screen brightness.

Higher LED lamp brightness, more current margin, its good for saving energy and keep LED lamp stable. 

Failure rate

LED full color screen contains tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands pair of RGB LED pitches. millions or even billions, any corlor of LED failure will influence the overall visual effect of LED screen.  

Antistatic Ability

LED is semiconductor device, which is sensitive to static electricity, which can easily lead to static failure, so antistatic ability is very important to LED screen lifetime.

Lifetime

LED devices lifetime is about 100 thousand hours, far more than other parts of LED screen's lifetime. So as long as high quality LED device, suitable working current, reasonable PCB heat dissipation,  rigorous LED production process, LED devices will be the most durable components of LED screen.

Attenuation Characteristic

Attenuation Characteristic caused by LED lamps brightness decay after long working time, current, PCB heat dissipation design, environment temperature.

Size

The size of LED device affects the pixel pitch of LED screen, that is, resolution.

Uniformity

Full color LED screen made by numerous RGB pixels LED, the overall LED screen brightness uniformity, white balance uniformity, color uniformity decided by the consistency of brightness and wavelength of LED lamps.
